Based in Barnet, North London, we pride ourselves on being able to advise and to provide guidance in all areas of property-related finance. This includes residential mortgages, buy-to-let mortgages, commercial mortgages, second-charge loans and much more. We understand that arranging property finance can be stressful and time-consuming, no matter if you are a first-time buyer or an experienced property investor. The mortgage market is huge and, therefore, it is important that you seek professional advice from people you can trust and who are able to help you navigate around any potential pitfalls. David Shaikh Certs CII (MP & LP) Dip PFS
David, grew up in Finchley and now lives in East Barnet.
Starting in the financial services industry as a mortgage broker, David moved on to work for a large international Bank, based in the City. A further move took David to the Home Counties, where he looked after clients in the areas of Chesham, Amersham and Aylesbury.
Away from work, David enjoys reading and spending time with his young family.
Clifton Smith Certs CII (MP & ER) Dip PFS
Like David, Clifton also grew up in Finchley and now lives in the Oakleigh Park area.
Beginning his career in financial services by working for a national estate agent as a mortgage broker, Clifton later moved to a well-known bank and was based in north-west London. A further move saw him become an Independent Financial Adviser for a very well-respected Barnet-based company.
Clifton enjoys spending time with his family and attending local social events.
Pany Georgiou
Senior Mortgage Broker. ‘ Pany has worked in the mortgage industry for a number of years. Well-known to both Clifton and David, Pany joined Clifford Davis to gain the level of access to specialist lenders that only being part of a Directly-Authorised firm can deliver.
Pany brings a wealth of knowledge to the team and is well-respected for his meticulous record-keeping and organisational skills. Pany lives in New Southgate and enjoys eating well and keeping fit.’
